Andrew brings broad executive experience across behavioral healthcare and human resource management and has been with Flyland since 2022. As COO, he oversees operational systems, budget management, and professional development across Facilities. Andrew’s personal commitment to the substance use disorder sector includes lecturing, lobbying and community mobilization efforts. He has spoken to industry groups including regional opioid task forces, harm reduction councils, and state-level recovery residence associations. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, alongside credentials as an Interventionist, Certified Recovery Residence Administrator, and Peer Recovery Specialist from the Florida Certification Board.
