To ensure you receive the help you need, our support lines are open 24/7. The Ember team, many of whom are in recovery themselves, are with you every step of the way.

Pre-Assessment

Preliminary questions are asked to help paint a clearer picture of your needs. During this first step, your answers to these questions will help our team determine which center and level of care is right for you or your loved one.

Insurances Benefit

Determining your insurance benefits and coverage can be a headache but our Ember Admissions team is here to help. If you plan to use insurance to pay for care, we will work with your provider to verify coverage details and guarantee that you have access to all insurance benefits to which you are entitled.

Travel and Arrival

Our team strives to ensure a smooth transition by gathering information about your needs and background. Travel arrangements are then organized, keeping your comfort in mind at all times. If possible, we suggest a loved one accompany you to the center. Upon arrival, you’ll receive an initial evaluation which allows our team to begin developing a treatment plan tailored just for you.

Admissions Criteria

At Ember Recovery Center, we aim to make this act of self-love as comfortable and reassuring as possible. Our medical detox services are tailored to meet the needs of adults, men, and women ages 18 and above, who are struggling with addiction to alcohol or other drugs.

We also recognize that individuals who suffer from substance abuse often experience underlying mental health disorders. As a result, an integrated treatment program is offered to those patients with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

During Admissions

The admission process at Ember Recovery Center will take approximately two hours. There will be a one-hour medical assessment and a one-hour comprehensive psychiatric assessment. Both are conducted by a licensed clinician.

After being processed into the facility, a screening and drug test will take place to make sure our center remains safe. This also allows our staff to check the levels of the substances you are detoxing from.

Once the intake process is complete, one of our staff members will guide you to your room. Should you choose to accept, a tour of the detox center awaits where you can also meet your fellow members of the Ember community.
