As Operations Manager at Ember Recovery Center, Ryan Bidney oversees the day-to-day operations that help keep the facility organized, responsive, and connected to patient needs. Having grown within Flyland from direct-care roles into operations leadership, he brings a firsthand understanding of both the patient experience and the work required behind the scenes to support treatment. Ryan’s own recovery journey remains central to his commitment to the field and strengthens his ability to relate to the individuals Ember serves. He values staying closely involved with both patients and staff, helping team members grow while creating an environment where people feel supported in pursuing their recovery goals. For Ryan, the work is grounded in gratitude and in showing others that a meaningful life in recovery is possible.
