Addiction treatment typically lasts between 7 to 90 days for most individuals, but the journey toward recovery is continuous and involves both ups and downs. Always remind yourself: you are not alone in this battle. Many others have successfully completed addiction rehab before you, and many more will follow.
To support individuals in their long-term recovery journey, Ember has developed an extensive addiction treatment alumni program. This program allows individuals to stay connected with a supportive community while continuing to receive resources and guidance along the way. Staying connected with your treatment family and support systems helps keep you focused, accountable, and in control of your path to recovery.
